Refund & Exchange Policy
At Tana’s Threads, each item is thoughtfully handmade using reclaimed and upcycled materials. Because of the nature of small-batch, handmade work, we aim to be clear and fair with our policies.
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before placing an order. If you have questions about an item, please feel free to reach out prior to purchase.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tanasthreads@gmail.com, and include your order number along with clear photos of the damage.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Tana’s Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
